Wellness Therapy
I offer Yoga and Vedanta psychology-based therapy sessions specializing in the management of stress-related states such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma recovery, and other mental dysregulations using the tools of Yoga such as breathing techniques, meditation, and exercise, as well as lifestyle adjustments to optimize your health and wellbeing.
To work with me, you must complete registration and medical history forms and schedule your intake consultation. This consultation aims to understand your overall lifestyle, medical history, and general challenges and identify your treatment goals. It is 60 minutes long and $275.
Following the intake session, we will set up a schedule for regular visits. These sessions will allow you to talk through your ongoing challenges, and together, we will build a wrap-around plan to establish supportive practices to cultivate your inner sense of balance, peace, and health. These follow-up sessions are 45 minutes and $175.
