This work is not about performing poses. It is about using yoga as a tool for regulation, clarity, and restoration. With years of study and mastery, I bring both classical Hatha and Ayurvedic yoga - a rare combination that allows each session to be adapted to the person in front of me. Chair or mat, gentle or steady - the practice is always designed for your body, mind, and spirit.
