This work is not about performing poses. It is about using yoga as a tool for regulation, clarity, and restoration. With years of study and mastery, I bring together classical Hatha and Ayurvedic yoga. This rare combination allows each session to be tailored to the individual in front of me. Chair or mat, gentle and steady - the practice is always designed for your body, mind, and spirit.

What to Expect
Sessions are available in one-on-one or group settings, either at your location or online. Each class may include postures, breathwork, meditation, guided rest, and Ayurvedic adaptations tailored to your constitution and current state of health. The form is flexible, the purpose is steady: physical, mental, and emotional restoration.
